Pan-Fried Bacon Radishes

Pan-Fried Bacon Radishes

1 bag of radishes (16oz.)
6 slices bacon
Pink Himalayan Salt

Ground black papper 
Chopped fresh parsely (optional garnish)

Large Skillet

1. Trim tops off of radishes and chop into small pieces.

2. Over medium heat, cook the bacon until crispy (about 5 minutes.) Remove bacon, crumble, and set aside. Leave drippings in pan. 

3. Place radishes in skillet and cook over medium-high heat for 10 minutes. Reduce heat to medium. Add bacon crumbles and continue cooking until radishes are caramelized around edges.

4. Season with pink himalayan salt and pepper and serve immediately. Garnish if desired.
