Cashew Chicken
3/4 lb Chicken Tenderloin
4 cups of Broccoli florets (Organic if possible)
1/4 cup of Cashews (Sliced)
2 TSP of shaved Ginger
2 TBSP Amino Acids (can be replaced with Soy Sauce)
2 Cloves of Fresh Garlic, minced
2 TSP Onion Powder

Non-Stick Skillet or WOK
1. Put olive oil, garlic, and ginger in a non-stick skillet or a Wok on medium and let sautee for 2 minutes.
2. While that is sauteing, cut up unfrozen chicken into small bites and toss with Salt, Pepper, and Onion Powder.
3. Then place chicken and the Amino Acid Sauce (or Soy Sauce) into the pan and cook until chicken is cooked through.
4. Once the chicken is cooked through, add broccoli florets and cashews and let sit on medium for 5 minutes. Stirring frequently.
Voila, your dinner is ready <3
