Yummy Keto Waffles
1 8oz. package cream cheese (cubed)
6 large eggs
2 tablespoons granular erythritol
1 tablespoon baking powder
2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
1 teapsoon vanilla extract
Pinch of Pink Himilayan Salt

Waffle Iron and Blender
1. Preheat waffle iron.
2. Add all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth. Let batter rest for 10 minutes.
3. Prep waffle iron with oil. Pour batter into waffle iron, being careful not to overfill. Cook waffle until golden brown. (WARNING: waffles will expand!)
4. Repeat process with rest of batter. Top with fruit and/or butter. Leftover batter may be stored in a refrigerated airtight container for up to 5 days.
