14 oz (400g) lean diced steak, with fat trimmed (we used Filet)
1 TSP Olive Oil
For the marinade:
1 TBSP Soy Sauce
1 TBSP Red Wine
1 TSP Himalayan Pink Salt
1 TBSP Fresh Minced Garlic
1 Quarter Size Piece of Fresh Ginger, grated
1 Red Chile, deseeded and thinly sliced (optional)
1 TSP Olive Oil
For the marinade:
1 TBSP Soy Sauce
1 TBSP Red Wine
1 TSP Himalayan Pink Salt
1 TBSP Fresh Minced Garlic
1 Quarter Size Piece of Fresh Ginger, grated

1. Create your marinade by mixing the ingredients and pour it over the steak, leaving to marinate for about an hour.
2. Then using skewers, thread about 4-5 pieces of steak onto each skewer.
3. Next, put 1 TSP olive oil in a Non-Stick Skillet over high heat and let heat for 3 minutes. Then place your steak skewers into the pan and cook for about 2-4 minutes on both sides. (based on cooking preference)
4. Once finished, serve with your favorite Keto-Friendly Side!
