1. In a Ninja or Food Processor, blend the eggs, vanilla and cream cheese together until it is a creamy consistency.
2. Heat up a skillet and spray with Coconut Oil Spray.
3. Pour a pancake size circle in the middle of the pan and wait until the "cake" bubbles.
4. Let the "cakes" cool for a few minutes
