3 Chicken Breasts (We are going to shred these babies)
1 Carton of Organic Whipping Cream
2 tsp. Onion Powder
1/2 tablespoon of Minced Garlic
1/2 cup organic chicken broth
1/4 cup organic sour cream
4 eggs
4 oz. cream cheese
1. Take chicken breasts and boil them for 12 minutes until they are ready to shred.
2. In another saucepan, bring to boil whipping cream, butter, onion powder, chicken broth, garlic and salt and pepper. (Save about a cup of it to pour over crepe)
2. Pour sauce over shredded chicken and mix thoroughly.

Crepe Preparation
In a food processor or Ninja, put the four eggs and 4 oz. cream cheese and blend. Add a pinch of salt!
In a skillet, spray with coconut spray. Heat up for about two minutes.
Pour the creamy mixture like you would a pancake, where it forms a circle.
Cook like you would a pancake, on both sides until golden brown.
Let it cool.

Scoop chicken filling into crepe and roll. Pour excess sour cream mixture over the top with sliced jalapenos.
