4 Chicken Breasts or Thighs (based on preference)
2 TBSP Hungarian Paprika
1 TSP Onion Powder
1 TSP Himalayan Pink Salt
1/2 TBSP Worchestershire 
1 Package of Zuchinni Noodles or Cauliflower Gnocchi/Riced


Non-Stick Oven Safe Skillet


1. Mix the Worchestershire, paprika, onion powder and salt together in a small bowl. Season the chicken thighs generously with the mixture.

2. Place the chicken in a non-stick skillet and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.

3. Then place on the stove-top on and add the zucchini noodles or cauliflower gnocchi and cook on medium-high heat for 8 minutes.
