24 Large Shrimp (13 to 15 per pound), peeled
12 Cherry Tomatoes


3/4 Cup Olive Oil
4 Large Garlic, minced
2 TSP Thyme (fresh is best)
5 TSP Smoked Paprika
4 TSP Dry Red Wine
3/4 TSP Himalayan Pink Salt
1/2 TSP Ground Black Pepper
1/2 TSP Crushed Red Pepper Flakes

Grill or Oven-Safe Skillet

1. Mix oil, garlic, thyme, smoked paprika, red wine, Himalayan salt, black pepper, and crushed red pepper in medium bowl to blend for a glaze. Transfer 1/4 cup to small bowl and reserve for serving.

2. Next, toss shrimp in the remaining glaze.

3. Then using skewers, thread 4 pieces of shrimp onto each skewer.

4. Coat grill rack with nonstick spray or place in a non-stick skillet. Then cook on medium-high heat for 6-8 minutes.

4. Once cooked, serve with the extra glaze for dipping.
