Cheese Stuffed Mushrooms
6 oz Softened Cream Cheese
1/4 Cup Mayonnaise
1/4 Cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
1/2 Cup Grated Sharp Cheddar Cheese
1 tsp Dijon Mustard
1 TBSP Minced Parsley
1 TSP Cracked Red Pepper
1/2 TSP Onion Powder
1/4 TSP Garlic Powder
36 large white button mushrooms, brushed clean and stems removed
6 oz Softened Cream Cheese
1/4 Cup Mayonnaise
1/4 Cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
1/2 Cup Grated Sharp Cheddar Cheese
1 tsp Dijon Mustard
1 TBSP Minced Parsley
1 TSP Cracked Red Pepper
1/2 TSP Onion Powder
1/4 TSP Garlic Powder
36 large white button mushrooms, brushed clean and stems removed
1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. Then mix all ingredients except the mushrooms in a large mixing bowl.
3. With a spoon, gently press the filling into the mushrooms. Then refrigerate for 30 minutes.
4. While that cools, preheat your oven to 375.
5. Then bake the mushrooms for 20 minutes and then serve.
**Optional: You can also drizzle Balsamic Vinaigrette on top.
