1 Spaghetti Squash 2-3 pounds
1 TBSP olive oil
1 TSP Himalayan Pink Salt
1/2 Cup Whipping Cream
1/2 Cup Shaved Parmesan Cheese
1 TSP Cracked Black Pepper

NUTRITION:
1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Spray a rimmed baking sheet with non-stick spray.
2. Cut the spaghetti squash in half length-wise. Scoop out the seeds and discard. Drizzle the inside of the squash with olive oil and sprinkle with salt.
3. Place spaghetti squash flesh side down on the prepared baking sheet at bake for 1 hour or until fork-tender.
4. Once it's done, use a fork to scrape out long strands of squash, scraping across the width of the squash.
5. Then in a small saucepan mix whipping cream, parmesan cheese, and cracked black pepper and stir on medium until cheese is melted.
6. Then place in the strands of squash and mix.
7. Then place back inside the Squash casing and serve.
